SETsquared, as part of the over-arching SETsquared organisation, has beaten the odds to maintain its status as ‘Global No.1 incubator’ managed by a University.
Now it’s an achievement to become No 1 (which it did in 2015) but a harder accomplishment to maintain it 2 and a half years later when the competition has ramped up. Announced at the World Incubation Summit in Toronto, Canada, this follows UBI Global’s thorough project to benchmark incubators linked to Universities across the globe. This new ranking sees SETsquared sharing the podium with the Toronto-based incubator, DMZ.
With over 85 ventures, and a who’s who of high tech business alumni, SETsquared Bristol is largest of the five centres and delivered £130m of funding in 2017 alone. Congratulations to Emma, Monika, Rhian, Grev, Rick and wider team!
