Does social media make you feel like screaming? Are you using the right channels to reach your audiences? Need a back-to-basics guide which spells out exactly how to get social?
Recently we delivered a curated social media workshop for Modcell, Coobio and White Design from the comfortable surroundings of the Modcell office in Bristol to discuss these questions and help them get to grips with social for business.
With the social media landscape changing quickly, it can be worth taking time to step back and think about what you want to achieve and how to make it happen. The objective of our interactive social media workshop was to help these businesses make more of the power of social.
Rather than going on an external social media training course, they chose us because of our guerrilla approach; we cut out any unnecessary waffle and created a workshop tailored to their specific needs. We also offered a complimentary follow-up phone call so that participants would benefit from extra consultation once they had time to digest the material.
What our social media workshop covered
Our workshop de-mystified social channels (in this case, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest) showing how they work, how to choose which suit your business, and how they can provide value. We covered lots of examples of social media wins and content fails which were relevant to their particular verticals.
Hands-on
Each section had a practical hands-on exercise so that participants could put what they’d just learned into practice (including sending us some lovely real-time feedback when they were testing out Twitter tips!)
What are your social media headaches?
Which areas of social media marketing give your business the most trouble? Whether you’re looking for a beginner’s guide or need expert tips to take your social media to the next level, we can tailor a workshop to suit your particular requirements.
Social media brings multiple benefits to businesses of all sizes across all sectors, and we love to help brands maximise the opportunities. If you would like to know how you can use social to gain reach and revenue, get in touch.
