The Team

Caroline Macdonald
Caroline founded OggaDoon in 2012 after convincing herself that there was another way to do communications and marketing: Guerrilla communications focuses creating reach, generating impact and amplifying brands – with great content.
Caroline cut her commercial teeth working both client and agency side, and turning a loss making wine bar round to profit in a year.
Emily Perkins
Emily is OggaDoon’s Creative Content Manager and Director of Event 90, specialising in creative copy, branding, and process.
With almost a decade of writing experience, she has a History and English degree along with a Masters from the University of York. Her passions are authentic stories which demand to be told, influencing through the written and spoken word, and engaging directly through social media.
Carolyn Hair
Carolyn is a highly experienced digital marketing specialist who loves bringing her expertise to deliver successful campaigns for OggaDoon’s clients.
With fifteen years’ experience across sectors from professional services to not-for-profit, she was an early adopter of digital and social media for marketing and now brings her knowledge of social, SEO, online advertising and analytics to help clients get ahead.
Ella White
Ella is OggaDoon’s Content and Comms Executive, specialising in creative copy and social media.
After studying Journalism at Kingston University, she gained experience in copy writing, social media management and editorial.
She has worked both in house and with agencies in marketing roles in Bristol and London.
Kelly Newcomb
Kelly has joined the team as our Digital Marketing Specialist from London and has a background in digital marketing and events.
Having worked as a marketing manager for SME’s ranging from an elite dating society all the way to a digital recruitment company she has a wealth of experience in delivering to a variety of clients.
With a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Greenwich, Kelly chose to specialise in digital marketing and social media during her first year and has never looked back.
Alexis Bull
Alexis is a certified chartered accountant (FCCA) who managed the finance team in a not for profit organisation within the finance sector for several years, working closely alongside the FD to produce Management Accounts. Following the birth of her first daughter Alexis started her own business providing accountancy services to a variety of community interest companies and small businesses, from doing bookkeeping to producing reports and financial modelling in order to assist them in making informed, strategic business decisions.
