Work Life Balance
One of the predominant reasons why Caroline wanted to start her own business was so she could design her work life around her family life, not the other way around. In the interview with IdeaMensch, Caroline spoke about how she believes in flexible working practices for both herself, and her team.
Being an Ethical Agency
Caroline has built OggaDoon on an honest and ethical approach. This means being honest with potential clients if she doesn’t think it’s the right time for them to invest in PR and digital marketing, even if it means missing out on potential revenue. It also means committing to being environmentally friendly as a business.
Lessons Learned
There are lots of lessons to be learned as an entrepreneur and one of the most important things that Caroline has learned is that you don’t gain anything by beating yourself up over actions you have or haven’t taken. Instead, Caroline looks back to learn and remind herself of how far she’s come.

We’re just going to keep you guessing on that one! If you’d like to find out what Caroline had to say about that, you can read her full interview on the IdeaMensch website.
