When our client, HAB Housing, launched its IFA Bond in August 2017, our main job was to get the news out there.

Many people already know of HAB’s brilliant work in developing sustainable homes and communities in a bid to tackle the UK Housing Crisis. The IFA Bond, which allowed investors to become bond holders via their independent financial advisors, aimed to raise funds to help HAB build 600 new homes in England each year.

As well as developing a killer marketing strategy, we were determined to hit the jackpot in securing exclusive coverage with a major publication – and we did just that. The story hit the headlines in the Monday morning edition of the Guardian, and was later picked up by the Daily Mail, the Telegraph, International Adviser, Property Wire, and Insider Media.
